Yeah sleep deprivation has become a serious threat to health and while many are just going through the motions of sleeplessness on weekdays(to make up for it during the weekends), this habit could trigger sleep disorders in the long run. When disorders come about, it would be good to take homeopathic remedies or herbal supplements to naturally restore sleep patterns.

I was wondering if you know what an “island” mark on the line of mars means? I have that on my hand, I have been going through a very rough time (if I match up the island on the line of mars to the life life, it seems as if it goes from age 15-27? I fell due to an accident when I was 15, since then my sadness kicked in…I have been very worried to….The line continues after this island, does that mean eventually things will get better? any thoughts would be helpful…(My hearing in my left ear worries me, I dont want it to continue to get worse…it seems to be not dirrectly the ear, but the joint next to the ear causing my issues…no pain…just lots of worries and sadness…) wondering about this, please contact me should you have any suggestions/ideas. Thanks
