The War Card
Bush administration officials made 935 false statements during the lead-up to the 2003 invasion of Iraq, according to a study released Wednesday.

The non-profit Center for Public Integrity found that President Bush and seven other leading administration officials issued the untrue statements in the two years after the 9/11 attacks.

Observer reporters discussed the findings with Chuck Lewis, a professor at American University and one of the supervisors for the report. Look for special continued coverage of the fallout from the report in next week's Observer.
