Halloween is around the corner and Jack O'Lanterns start to come to life in the Severn Hills Residential Area. The term Jack O'Lantern was first used to describe a carved vegetable lantern in 1837 and became associated specifically with Halloween in 1866 (Observer photo by Patrice Santoso).
