Diabetes Walk Takes Washington

The rain didn’t stop some people from stepping out over the weekend.

Washington was just one of the cities across the nation to participate in the American Diabetes Association’s “Step Out to Fight Diabetes” during the month of October.

Many companies, individuals, school organizations and other supporters organized teams of people who participated in the walk and donated money for the cause.
