Ghost Story Tour of Washington:
Gear yourself up for Halloween by taking part in a ghost tour of Washington.
Grab a few friends and head over to Lafayette Square Oct. 19 – Oct. 28. The tour costs about $10, but it has been featured on the History and Travel Channels, so you know it has to be good.

Celebrate D.C. Fashion:
On Saturday Oct. 20, The Rock and Roll Hotel will host a celebration and showcase of local fashion designers, sponsored by Garutachi and Brightestyoungthings.com.
Enjoy the music of local DJs as models strut the designs of D.C. fashionistas. If you get there by 7 p.m., enjoy free champagne until 9 p.m.

Creep Your Neighbors Out:
Bring your family or your roommates to the National Building Museum Sunday, Oct. 21, for a workshop on how to construct your own miniature haunted house. Construction begins at 2 p.m.
It costs $16 per house and you must pre-register. Call 202-272-2448 or e-mail family@nbm.org.
Treats and drinks will be served for all who attend.
